Terms of reservation
1. Reservations can be made by email and telephone.
Reservations made by phone and email are only valid after receiving confirmation via return mail.
2. The condition of the reservation is the payment of a deposit of 50% of the value of the stay within 3 days of receiving confirmation on our account:

3. If the deposit is not received within 3 days or we do not receive a confirmation of payment - the reservation is not valid.
4. The remaining amount for the stay must be paid a week before your arrival or in cash on your arrival.
5. We do not accept card payments.
6. After receiving a deposit from you, we confirm the reservation by phone or on request in writing.
7. In case of resignation from the stay, the down payment is not refundable,
not using all or part of the stay in the previously booked period, no refund will be made or the price of the service will be reduced for the unused period.
8. Stays start at 15:00 and they end at 10:00
Houserules
We hope that by using the following regulations we will be able to provide you with full satisfaction and a wonderful rest.
1. the landlord bears material responsibility for any damage or destruction of items of equipment and technical devices arising from his fault
2. it is forbidden to smoke, candles and fry fish in the houses
3. it is forbidden to grill on the terrace (we use the grill in a designated place in front of each house)
4. it is forbidden for third parties to stay in the center after 22.00
5. the owner is not responsible for children and minors staying at the resort. A statutory and continuous parental supervision order applies throughout the entire area. Children and minors staying in the facility under the care and responsibility of their legal guardians
6. the number of people staying in the houses must correspond to the number of people declared during the booking,
holiday-maker receiving guests from outside is obliged to report this fact to the owner of the resort
7. the owner of the center is not responsible for damaged property, i.e. parking cars and objects left in the house. Please close the doors and windows when you leave the house
8. the use of electric stoves is prohibited in all houses
9. the behavior of guests and their visitors should not disturb the stay of other holiday makers
10. animals are allowed on the site for an extra charge according to the price list. Animals cannot stay loose outside the cottage. In the area accessible to guests, animals must stay on a leash and in a muzzle, and their physiological needs must be taken care of outside the facility. The guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any damage caused by the animal
11. curfew is valid from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
12. the advance payment means acceptance of the above regulations
